How long am I locked into your contract?
As long as you are interested in working with us, we never lock you in.
Are background checks and drug tests provided?
Standard background checks and 6 panel saliva tests are included with our rates. We offer flexible options for more in depth background checks and drug tests if requested.
What is the cost to work with ESG?
We request a short list of information about your business in order to customize a rate for you. You are never obligated to use our services if you request a rate. If you are interested in requesting a rate click here.
What benefits do you offer your employees?
We offer health insurance and 401k with matching, along with various recognition programs for promotions, birthdays and other special events. We truly get to know our employees since they are our family and will often go above and beyond during times of need.
Do you meet and interview every candidate in person?
We do meet every candidate in person before placements. We believe this is the only way to truly get to know them and understand their needs so that we can make the right placement the first time.
Can my company interview candidates before they start?
You can absolutely do a second interview with the candidates we refer. This approach has the benefit of allowing the applicants to see the work environment as well.
What types of positions do you staff for?
We often find that new clients will give us non skilled or entry level positions to start and once we've built our relationship and they see what we are capable of we get the more skilled positions.
