Standard background checks and 6 panel saliva tests are included with our rates. We offer flexible options for more in depth background checks and drug tests if requested.

We request a short list of information about your business in order to customize a rate for you. You are never obligated to use our services if you request a rate. If you are interested in requesting a rate click here.

We do meet every candidate in person before placements. We believe this is the only way to truly get to know them and understand their needs so that we can make the right placement the first time.

Can my company interview candidates before they start?

You can absolutely do a second interview with the candidates we refer. This approach has the benefit of allowing the applicants to see the work environment as well.

We often find that new clients will give us non skilled or entry level positions to start and once we've built our relationship and they see what we are capable of we get the more skilled positions.
