Len Burns was our founder who left a huge legacy behind in 2020 when he went home to be with the Lord. Len started in the staffing industry in 1994 and founded ESG in 2012 after previously working as a Plant Manager in the printing and paper industry. During his Plant Manager years Len experienced first hand a lack of accessible labor force that was affecting his ability to produce products and meet client demands. Len knew he could help and the rest is history.
