Overview
This position involves working with a variety of different equipment lines including cutting, packing, annealing and cleaning. It is essential to be able to perform all of the functions of all of these equipment lines because they are manned based on production demands.
- Performs line set-ups.
- Prepares boxes for packaging.
- Inspects and performs Quality checks on product.
- Packs tubes in proper packages.
- Bands, weighs and labels final packages.
- Applies plastic bands to the coils after production.
- Prepares production cards and submits to Foreman.
- Loads material into machine
