Job Description

Answers Internet customer phone calls; troubleshoots and logs problems with dial-up, DSL, and cable Internet access, using simple but detailed explanations of the problem and resolution.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate will have knowledge of computer operating systems, wireless connectivity, cell phones, and enjoy understanding why things work. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working with the public; understand how to deal with stress, and know how to prioritize and multitask efficiently, with minimal supervision. Must have good spelling and communications skills. A self-starter.
